How It Works

Mentors and Mentees register their interest via our online form.

Pairing
ISWP manually pairs individuals based on skills, professional interests, and geographic location.

The Sessions
Engage in 6 sessions (1 hour each) over 6-12 months.

Evaluation
ISWP provides evaluations at 3, 6, and 12-month marks to track progress, and participants will also have an opportunity to provide feedback.
